| Description | Set of 6 flute tasting glasses 35 cl made of Lead Free Crystal High-Tech ultra clean SON.hyx. Height 205. Diameter 78 mm. 6 pieces box. INTENSO, high P.A.I. (Persistenza Aromatica Intensa - Intense Flavorings Persistence). Line designed by scientific method, shape and size garantee wine pleasantness, by minimising abnormal smells (if they are present). Tested by expert Sommeliers who confirm sensory performance. The headspace has been developed to exalt wine-making flavorings and ageing flavorings. Flavorings olfactory intensity - Floral, Fruity, Vegetable and Spicy (inclusive of woody and toasted flavorings) - is amplified compared to the other glasses, mitigating unwanted smells. Parfums are extensive, deep and constantly renewed. Correct oxygenation index mitigate sour and tannic taste, giving a balance of flavours. For red wines we have a taste-tactile balance between the flavors: Sourness=with fresh flavor; Alcohol=with moderate flavor; Sweetness=with round flavor; Astringency=with sliding flavor. For white wine, since there is no astringency, we have a perfect balance between sourness, alcohol and sweetness. After tasted the wine, the P.A.I. (which represent the seconds in which the flavorings persist) is high (over 11 seconds) denoting a wonderful wine. The glasses are easy to distinguish, because they are classified according to the ageing of the wine. |
