Description | The Amarone is; a dry passito red wine produced exclusively in Valpolicella, a hilly area of the Veronese Pre-Alps in the Veneto region and includes the entire mountain part of Lessenia and precisely the municipalities of San Pietro in Cariano, Fumane, Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella , Marano di Valpolicella, Negrar di Valpolicella, Pescantina, Sant'Anna d'Alfaede. The Amarone Della Valpolicella Antonio Castagnedi DOCG "Denomination of Controlled and Protected Origin" is one of the most prestigious wines in the world. a red wine produced by Tenuta Sant'Antonio in the heart of Valpolicella and Soave and consists of four different varieties; of native vines Corvina, Rondinella Croatina and Oseleta and is; aged in wooden barrels. In every bottle of this wine there is; present all the skill and skilful care of the Castagnedi family in the art of winemaking. The color of this noble wine is; of a very intense ruby red with slight purple reflections.
