Orders including multiple products with different processing times will be processed, at the customer's discretion, in a single solution in compliance with the longer processing time or individually in compliance with the individual processing times.

In the event of unavailability of the products caused by an incorrect communication by our suppliers or by a simultaneous forwarding of orders by customers, Albero Group Srl will immediately notify the customer of the impossibility of accepting the order placed and any time required for the return of missing products.

These are particular and not very widespread products, intended for specific categories of users.
The proposed timing, therefore, is only indicative, as it is influenced by multiple factors such as: customs clearance times, shipping times from abroad, logistics timing of foreign warehouses.

Our couriers are able to deliver throughout Italy within 24/48 hours from the collection of the goods, shipments to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, on the other hand, can take up to 72 hours to reach their destination.
For deliveries to the smaller islands, delivery times may vary according to weather conditions and the availability of delivery of the local carrier to which UPS, TNT, Bartolini or DHL entrusts the delivery of the package to the end customer.

The fulfillment of your order will be notified to the customer by means of a communication sent to the email address used during registration on the site, where the details of the shipment (tracking number) will also be communicated, which the customer can follow constantly by connecting to their customer area.

The courier makes deliveries with Express Shipping from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00, Albero Group Srl (alberoshop.it) always forward your information to the courier.
We therefore invite you when ordering to indicate a destination as the delivery address where there can be constant availability.
In case of non-delivery due to absent recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage in your mailbox, with an invitation to contact the courier's Call Center in order to reschedule the delivery for the next day.
